Digitizing
Digitizing is the art of translating a two-dimensional design into a set of detailed instructions that a commercial sewing machine can understand.  In this business, no matter how good your embroidery equipment is, the stitched design will only look as good as the digitizing that was done.  Subtle design details that include the density of stitches, the angle and length of stitches, stitch underlays, and stitch order can all greatly affect how your stitched design looks when its finished.  A thorough understanding of not only the fabric to be stitched but also of the desired result is required to achieve a quality result.  Our trained design and digitizing professionals can turn your ideas into attractive, long-lasting impressions.

Embroidery
At Pro-Stitch, we use only the finest equipment, thread and backings.  We offer a wide color selection in both Polyester and Rayon thread.  We can provide custom Pantone color matching to match your logos and support for up to 12-colors in any single embroidered design.  A large selection of brand name apparel and incentive items is available for your choosing.

Basic
Our family business is built around individuals that have over 25 years of combined design and sewing experience. We are well suited to design custom, professional logos for your company.

Screen Print
Method in which ink is applied directly to the surface to be printed (substrate). The image to be printed is photographically transferred to a very fine fabric (the screen) such that the non-printing areas are blocked off and the fabric serves as a stencil. The ink is wiped across the screen to pass through the unblocked pores and reach the substrate. For each color to be printed a separate screen is prepared and the process is repeated. It is more suitable for curved shapes (such as bottles and cups), non-porous surfaces (such as ceramics and metals), and short print runs. Also called serigraphy.

Equipment
We use a Tajima 4-head 12 color machine, with Pulse software and Madeira thread combine to give you the quality that will make you logo or stock design come alive.
