Return and Exchange Policy

1. If an item does not fit, please do not call the school. Contact us at Pro-Stitch Embroidery and we will be happy to exchange your merchandise for the correct size.

2. If you no longer need an item you may return it for a full refund within 60 days of purchase with a receipt.

3. School Year Warranty: If any garment does not stand up to one year of normal wear, we will replace it.

4. No refunds or exchanges will be made on items washed, worn, altered, or with tags removed.

5. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund.
